The Government has granted the first Maritime Area Consents for offshore wind projects following the publication of its Climate Action Plan 2023.
The funding will support more than 200 researchers as they address various challenges, such as restoring the environment and working towards a green economy.
With funding from Horizon Europe, the BioBeo project aims to increase awareness of sustainability and the bioeconomy among young people in 10 countries.
