IDA owned and managed Tullamore Business and Technology Park has an impressive site area of c. 32 hectares (c. 78 acre). There is a greenfield site available for development within the park (c.0.64 ha) to accommodate clients in national and international service and manufacturing sectors. On-site water, surface/storm water & foul sewer systems in place. Electricity, gas, road network, creche and picnic areas available (subject to confirmation with suppliers). The park is located just outside of Tullamore Town Centre and has excellent rail links to Dublin Heuston Station and Galway Station. Current tenants on the park include Zoetis, Cardinal Health, Sennheiser, Integra LifeSciences, Spectrum Plastics, Palladio Ireland Packaging Solutions and Synergy Health Ireland.
